|
Rubina was having problems paying her bills. She was in arrears on her gas, rent and a credit card. She also had a letter from her electricity company threatening to obtain a magistrates order to enter her property and disconnect her electricity supply. She was depressed and worried about her debts as she hadn't been paying any of them.

|
She went to the CAB asking for help and they tried to work out a budget with her. She got upset and stressed when trying to work out exactly what she owed, but she promised to return with the completed budget sheet in a week's time and the CAB would then help her further. |
